Outsourcing with Site Solution always starts with Boxflow Insights - our logistics analysis where we map flows, costs and capacity, among other things. Once we have identified areas for improvement, we develop logistics solutions that are either built in your existing warehouse or as a new, optimised warehouse.   1. What is the difference between different logistics solutions?

Boxflow offers both Site Solution and 3PL, two logistics solutions that meet different needs. 3PL means that you outsource logistics and warehouse management to our own 3PL facilities. Site Solution is a more customised approach where we act as a logistics partner in your existing warehouse - or build and operate a new warehouse fully adapted to your business. The difference lies in the degree of customisation, control and how the warehouse solution is integrated into your business.

The price of a Site Solution varies depending on the scope and which parts of operations and functions Boxflow will be responsible for. All our Site Solutions start with our logistics analysis Boxflow Insights, which has fixed and transparent prices.
Once analysed, you will receive a clear and tailored quote based on your needs and the solution we recommend. This way, you always know what to expect, with no surprises.

Generally, implementation takes around 6 months. The length of time depends on the scope and the amount of preparatory work required, but we normally work to an implementation plan of around six months. It is broken down into clear phases to create a smooth and controlled process.
When you decide to proceed, we start with a kick-off meeting where we go through the project plan. This is followed by design and requirements work, implementation and a thorough testing phase to ensure that the solution works as it should.
At the start of operation, the solution goes into live mode - and after implementation, we continue to develop and optimise together with you.

Yes, you can keep your existing WMS. You choose whether you want to continue using your current system or switch to ours. We can integrate your WMS via API connections and offer several flexible integration solutions - all to create a digital flow that works for your business. Our in-house IT team is with you throughout the project, ensuring that integrations and system setups work as they should.

Yes, Site Solution is suitable for both large and small businesses.
