Our History

Boxflow was founded on December 13, 2018. The contract with our first customer was signed at the petrol station next to our first warehouse in Halmstad, and our first office was a cabin inside a warehouse. Without heating.

2019 – Staffing operations

New contract with Scandinavian Cosmetics in Malmö and we launch our staffing operations. By summer 2019 we have more than 20 employees.

2020 – Construction

Contract signed with Continental Bakeries and construction of a new logistics site outside Helsingborg begins. Partnership starts with Boozt.com. The world is hit hard by the pandemic, but we manage to employ more than 150 people.

2021 – Expansion

Central and West regions are established with offices in Kristianstad and Gothenburg. We move into a new warehouse and headquarters in Helsingborg. New contract with Coolstuff signed, with the collaboration starting in 2022.

2022 – Greenbox launches

We take control of freight and invest in our own transport capacity. Boxflow Consulting is launched and helps several companies improve their logistics. In our sustainability work, a new concept combining batteries, charging parks and solar panels is created and named Greenbox.

2023 – Development

Geographic expansion to the Stockholm region and planning of a new logistics site in the Gothenburg area. Our Staffing Solution division takes off and our first site solution launches in Perstorp. Boxflow becomes Gasell Company of the Year in Halland.

2024 – Software system launched

Move into two logistics sites on the west coast. Launch of Boxtime, Boxflow's proprietary software that digitises and streamlines our processes and routines.

2025 – Warehouse sites in Europe

Boxflow becomes more international and develops logistics solutions beyond Sweden's borders.

2026 – Enters Ulricehamn

Acquires Logistikpartner i Ulricehamn AB and expands our 3PL operations with additional sites and service offerings.
