How can we outsource our warehouse efficiently?
Outsourcing with Site Solution always starts with Flowcheck – our logistics analysis. After identifying improvement areas, we implement solutions in your existing or a new warehouse.
How long does implementation take?
Generally about 6 months, divided into clear phases for a smooth and controlled process.
Can we keep our existing WMS?
Yes, you can keep your existing WMS. We integrate via API connections and offer flexible integration solutions.

Priset för en Site Solution varierar beroende på omfattningen och vilka delar av drift och funktioner Boxflow ska ansvara för. Alla våra Site Solutions inleds med vår logistikanalys Flowcheck, som har fasta och transparenta priser. Efter genomförd analys får ni en tydlig och skräddarsydd offert baserad på ert behov och den lösning vi rekommenderar. På så sätt vet ni alltid vad ni kan förvänta er, utan överraskningar.
Hur lång tid tar det att implementera Site Solution?
Generellt tar implementeringen cirka 6 månader. Tidsåtgången beror på omfattningen och hur mycket förarbete som krävs, men vi arbetar normalt utifrån en implementeringsplan på ungefär ett halvår. Den delas upp i tydliga faser för att skapa en smidig och kontrollerad process. När ni väljer att gå vidare startar vi med ett uppstartsmöte där vi går igenom projektplanen. Därefter följer design- och förutsättningsarbete, implementering och en noggrann testfas för att säkerställa att lösningen fungerar som den ska.
Kan vi behålla vårt befintliga WMS?
Ja, ni kan behålla ert befintliga WMS. Ni väljer själva om ni vill fortsätta använda ert nuvarande system eller om ni vill övergå till våra. Vi kan integrera ert WMS via API-kopplingar och erbjuder flera flexibla integrationslösningar – allt för att skapa ett digitalt flöde som fungerar för er verksamhet.
