Background and needs
PWS has a leading position in the Nordic market with products and services for efficient waste management. They wanted help with a logistics solution so they could focus on their core business. They were ready for the next step, but wanted to continue their warehousing in Perstorp, close to the office. PWS wanted more flexible and efficient logistics with the desire to reduce their costs.
Solution
As a first step, Boxflow analysed PWS's operations and then set up processes that matched PWS's wishes and requirements. During commissioning, Boxflow focused on creating order as the warehouse was overcrowded and lacked structure. In addition, fast flows were initiated and obstacles that previously existed in the logistics chain were removed. Boxflow also took over the lease and has thus been able to further develop the property.
